Every order at Oggyoni is personally made, packed, and shipped directly from our own facility at 13361 Couchtown Ct, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States. We do not use any third-party warehouses or external fulfillment centers, so every product is fully controlled by Oggyoni from start to finish.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and Morocco (North Africa).

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, or U.S. overseas territories such as Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands. To ensure proper tracking and delivery, please provide a complete and accurate street address when placing your order.

Shipping Costs and Tax Policy

We apply a flat-rate shipping policy for clarity and simplicity.

For U.S. orders, the shipping fee is $4.99, with free shipping on all orders over $89 (before tax). For Morocco, the shipping fee is $9.99, applied regardless of the order value.

There are no handling fees, hidden costs, or extra charges at checkout. Oggyoni will cover all sales taxes, shipping taxes, import duties, and customs fees. That means the amount you see at checkout is the exact total you’ll pay—even for international deliveries to Morocco.

Processing and Delivery Time

Your order will go through two phases: processing and shipping.

For customers in the United States, the processing time is 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 4–6 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be processed the same business day. Orders placed after this cutoff will be processed on the next business day.

For customers in Morocco, the processing time is also 1–2 business days, and shipping takes 8–10 business days. All packages are shipped from 13361 Couchtown Ct, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States via reliable international carriers such as USPS or FedEx, and every shipment comes with a tracking number.

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Example Shipping Timelines

If you place a U.S. order at 1:00 PM CST on a Monday, it will be processed on Monday or Tuesday, and delivered in 4–6 business days—usually by the following Monday or Tuesday.

If you place a Morocco order at 3:00 PM CST on a Monday, it will be processed on Tuesday or Wednesday, and delivered in 8–10 business days—usually by the end of the following week or early the next.

Packaging and Tracking

Every clothing order is carefully packed at 13361 Couchtown Ct, Rosemount, MN 55068, United States, neatly folded to minimize wrinkles, sealed in a recyclable waterproof mailer, and labeled clearly with the shipping address, tracking number, and customs documentation (if applicable).

As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you an email including your tracking number, a link to track your package, and an estimated delivery date. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Orders

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number, clear photos or videos of the damaged product, and the packaging. We’ll review your case and typically offer a replacement or full refund.

If your tracking number hasn’t updated for over 7 days, or your package doesn’t arrive within 14 business days for U.S. orders or 16 business days for Morocco, contact us at [email protected] or +1 (651) 564-0729 . We will work with the carrier to confirm the issue and either resend the order or issue a full refund if the package is confirmed lost.

Order Cancellations and Returns

You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed. Since we process orders quickly, we recommend contacting us within 24 hours of placing your order. If your order has already shipped (you’ve received the tracking number), cancellation may not be possible—but you can still return the item after delivery if it meets our return conditions.
