That’s why our Return & Refund Policy is built to be clear and supportive, not confusing or punishing. Whether you’re ordering from the U.S. or Morocco, here’s how we’ll handle returns, refunds, and any issues that arise.

1. Where this policy applies

This return policy covers orders shipped to the United States and Morocco only.
We don’t currently offer returns for other countries, as our infrastructure and legal coverage are limited to these two regions. This allows us to manage your requests directly, with full tracking and faster resolution.

2. Timeframe and eligibility to return

You have 60 days from the day your order is delivered to decide if you want to return your shirt.
We extended this period because we know sometimes it takes time to try things on or gift them. We don’t want to rush you—but once the 60-day window passes, our system locks the order and cannot process further return actions.

To be eligible, the shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, meaning no stains, sweat marks, damage, or perfume scent. Tags should still be attached, and it should be returned either in the original packaging or in a secure, clean alternative. Why do we require this? Because once a shirt is worn or washed, we can’t guarantee hygiene or resale quality. We want every customer to receive a product that feels new—because it is.

3. When Oggyoni is at fault

Sometimes things go wrong on our side, whether it’s a shipping mix-up or a production error. If your shirt arrives damaged, with a factory defect (like loose stitching, faded print, or holes), or if it’s the wrong product altogether, we take full responsibility. In these cases, we will cover 100% of return shipping costs, and send you a prepaid shipping label so you don’t pay a cent.
After you send the product back, we’ll offer either a free replacement (if in stock) or a full refund, including what you originally paid for shipping. This process ensures you’re never penalized for something outside your control. You just need to contact us within 3 days of delivery and include photos of the problem—this helps us document the issue for quality control and avoid repeated mistakes.

4. When the customer wants to return

Not everything is defective. Sometimes you just change your mind, or the size doesn’t fit, or you expected something different in person. We understand. If the shirt is still in new condition (as explained above), you’re welcome to return it within the 60-day period for any personal reason.

In this case, return shipping is at your expense. Why? Because the product isn’t defective—we made it correctly, but it’s no longer wanted. This policy helps keep product prices fair for everyone, without passing hidden costs onto other buyers.

Once we receive your return and confirm it meets all conditions, we’ll refund the product value only—not the original shipping fee. You’re free to use any shipping carrier you like, but we highly recommend a tracked service to avoid lost parcels.

5. How refunds work and when to expect them

We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your returned item. This timeframe gives us space to check the item’s condition and approve the refund manually. We do this to ensure the return was legitimate (not worn, used, or swapped), which protects our system from abuse.

Once approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method—whether that’s a credit card, PayPal, or another gateway. You’ll also get a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. Please note that even after we process your refund, your bank or card issuer may need 3–7 business days to reflect the funds in your account. That delay is outside our control.

6. Where to return your item

This is the same location where your product was created, packaged, and shipped from. We centralize all returns here to ensure fast processing and proper documentation.

7. What we cannot accept

There are some products we can’t accept back, even if you request it within the 60-day window.
This includes:

  • Shirts that show visible signs of use, including smells, stains, or stretched fabric.

  • Custom-printed shirts made specifically for you.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

  • Any item returned after 60 days without a valid reason or without contacting us first.

Why? Because resale or reuse of these items isn’t possible under health and quality control guidelines.

8. How to start your return

To begin your return, send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
If the item is damaged or incorrect, attach photos clearly showing the issue. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions—and a prepaid label, if we’re at fault.

After that, just pack the item securely and send it to the returns address listed above. Once it arrives, we’ll inspect and follow up with your refund or replacement.

9. No restocking fees

Oggyoni does not charge restocking fees—ever. We don’t believe in hidden costs or surprise deductions. If your return qualifies, you’ll get back what you’re owed, with no tricks or fine print.

10. Processing and support hours

We process all returns and refunds on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed by 2:00 PM CST are eligible for same-day handling.
